David Adams artist--- David writes:
The double horns are awesome. They have strong, fast, articulate bass, and relatively aggressive clear mid and highs. They throw a huge soundstage that literally leaps away from the speakers out into the room. These speakers sound true and very, very resolute. All instruments are well defined and presented with good scale and excellent timbre and tone. Image is enormous. The small TQWT is a new entry level unit and it is remarkable as well. It just sounds way better than it has a right to. Again, it is fast articulate and detailed without being overly analytical. They both have excellent timbre and do indeed deliver the sound of woods as well as everything else just where and when it should be. This speaker sounds very similar to the double horn with slightly smaller imaging, but very fast, clean response. |
